Do Not Go Gentle, Op. 3
While writing this piece, I was heavily inspired by the music of Benjamin Britten - particularly, his song collections. In an attempt to begin my own venture into vocal writing, I produced, "Do Not Go Gentle." A most well-known poem, this piece set for something I was both familiar with, yet felt confident in my ability to re-examine, and draw new meaning.
